Which plan is best for me?
Spring Ready is best if you want one strong seasonal reset before grilling season. Seasonal Care is best for homeowners who grill throughout spring, summer, and fall. Concierge Care is best for luxury grills, built-in outdoor kitchens, frequent entertainers, and premium stainless systems.
Do I pay upfront?
Pure Grate can confirm your grill type, access, size, condition, and availability area before finalizing payment. Some plans may be reserved with a deposit, while final pricing is confirmed before service.
Can I pay online?
Online reservation and deposit flow can be supported after Pure Grate confirms availability area, grill details, and condition. Full checkout should not be forced before qualification when the grill may need a custom scope.
Is this a subscription?
No. These are seasonal care programs for scheduled grill cleaning, inspection, and outdoor appliance maintenance. They are designed around service visits and seasonal readiness, not a generic subscription.
Can I cancel?
Plan terms should be confirmed before enrollment. Pure Grate can help adjust or cancel upcoming scheduled service when reasonable notice is provided and no completed work remains unpaid.
Are parts included?
No. Replacement burners, igniters, grates, heat plates, trays, hoses, regulators, and other parts are quoted separately when needed.
Are repairs included?
Maintenance plans include cleaning, inspection, and care guidance. Repairs, replacement components, licensed gas work, and advanced restoration are quoted separately when needed.
Do you clean pellet grills?
Yes. Pellet grill and smoker care can include ash removal, fire pot attention, grease channel cleanup, rack cleaning, drip tray care, and smoke residue management when accessible.
Do you clean built-in outdoor kitchens?
Yes. Built-in grill and outdoor kitchen care can include the grill head, adjacent stainless surfaces, drawers, side burners, and surrounding-surface awareness depending on the confirmed scope.
What happens if my grill is already very dirty?
If the grill needs heavy restoration instead of maintenance, Pure Grate will explain the difference and quote the appropriate restoration scope before proceeding.
When should I schedule spring service?
Spring service is best reserved before the first warm-weather cookouts, ideally before peak graduation, holiday, and summer entertaining demand.
Do you winterize grills?
Yes. Fall shutdown and winterization can help reduce grease odors, pest attraction, corrosion risk, and spring startup problems before Illinois freeze-thaw weather.
Do you offer priority scheduling?
Yes. Priority scheduling is part of the plan value, especially for spring startup, mid-season entertaining periods, and fall shutdown timing.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. Homeowners can request an upgrade when the grill needs more frequent seasonal care, stainless detailing, outdoor kitchen attention, or a more concierge-level service rhythm.
